Planox aboneliğinizi satın alma tarihinden itibaren 14 gün içinde herhangi bir sebep belirtmeksizin iptal edebilir ve tam iade alabilirsiniz.
- İade talebi için destek@planox.com.tr adresine e-posta gönderin.
- İade talebiniz satın alma tarihinden itibaren 14 gün içinde yapılmalıdır.
- Onaylanan iadeler 5-10 iş günü içinde ödeme yönteminize iade edilir.
- İade için herhangi bir koşul veya istisna bulunmamaktadır.
Abonelik İptali
Aboneliğinizi istediğiniz zaman iptal edebilirsiniz:
- Yönetim panelinizden "Hesap Sil" seçeneği ile
- destek@planox.com.tr adresine e-posta göndererek
İptal sonrası mevcut abonelik süreniz sonuna kadar hizmet almaya devam edersiniz.
